By purchasing or using our semi-custom website services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Our semi-custom website service provides a professionally designed website using pre-existing templates that are customized to reflect your brand. This includes:

  • Customization of design elements (colors, fonts, imagery, and layout adjustments within template limits)

  • Basic content integration provided by the client

  • Mobile responsiveness

This service does not include fully custom development unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely process, clients agree to:

  • Provide all required content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner

  • Review proofs and provide feedback within the specified timeframe

  • Ensure they have rights to all submitted content

Delays in providing content or feedback may impact the project timeline.

3. Revisions

Your package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Revisions are defined as minor adjustments to existing design elements, not complete redesigns or changes in direction.

4. Payment Terms

  • The balance is due upon checkout and prior to delivery

  • Payments are processed via online website: Shopify.

Failure to complete payment may result in project delays or cancellation.

5. Timeline

Project timelines vary based on responsiveness and scope but typically range from 2-6 weeks.

Amber LeBlanc Studio is not responsible for delays caused by late client communication or content submission.

6. Ownership & Usage

Upon final payment:

  • Amber LeBlanc Studio retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios, marketing, and social media

Template frameworks or licensed elements remain the property of their respective creators.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Purchases are non-refundable

  • If a project is canceled after work has begun, any completed work will be billed

8. Limitation of Liability

Amber LeBlanc Studio is not liable for:

  • Printing errors, delays, or damages related to wedding invitations once they have been approved by the client
  • Errors resulting from client-provided content

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amber LeBlanc Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from use of the website or provided content.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
