At Amber LeBlanc Studio, we take great care in packaging and shipping your items to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days after proof is approved unless otherwise noted. Semi-custom and custom orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated during the design process.

Rush orders may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

4. Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Amber LeBlanc Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the client.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Amber LeBlanc Studio is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

We will review each case and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

7. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary significantly

  • Clients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes

Amber LeBlanc Studio is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
